We are happy to offer quarter shares in one of our pasture raised all natural steers, finished right here on our farm. ¼ share generally comes to about 115 lbs. of premium beef made up of about 45% ground, 20% steaks, and 35% roasts.

There is also the option to customize your cuts with a pre-order. If you have certain cuts you prefer, we can send you a cut sheet that ensures you get the cuts and thickness you desire.
