We are happy to offer half shares in one of our pasture raised, all natural steers, finished right here on our farm. ½ share generally comes out to about 225 lbs of premium beef made up of about 45% ground beef, 20% steaks, 35% roasts and other cuts. There is also the option to customize your half so that you can have your favorite cuts tailored to your specifications. We will be happy to help you look through a cut sheet or opt for the Southern Winds Standard cut.

Keep in mind that a half side of beef requires about 8 cubit feet of freezer space
