OUR BEEF
At Southern Winds Cattle Co. we have great tasting beef because we have top notch bulls that produce top notch calves that eat the lush pastures and are finished out here at home. Each steer is raised on the best grass and never given hormones or antibiotics. They spend their entire lives on this farm and are then processed by a local USDA butcher. Each cut of meat is individually shrink wrapped and labeled by cut and weight. Each package bears a USDA stamp. By purchasing our beef, you will finally understand why local is better.
